400 thousand people in Eastern Ghouta of Damascus in Syria have been living a harsh reality for five years and still as the siege and shelling has intensified recently، which threatened the lives of many people, where  the most vulnerable  were the children.

many diseases, malnutrition and dehydration spread among the people, in addition to the escalated  number of wounded and injured, along with  the lack of medicines, medical supplies and the lack of medical centers has caused an aggravation in the general health of the people who are in need for urgent medical care.
