The situation of forced asylum, which has been exposed to Syrians from various regions and their entry into Turkish territory, has shed many negative phenomena and social problems on the Syrian family, which existed rarely before. Children from a very early age, preferring artificial milk to breastfeeding and child abuse as well as neglecting the woman during and immediately after pregnancy.
According to Turkish sources, the number of Syrian births in Turkey since 2011 until March 2018 has reached 311 thousand children, which indicates the great need for programs that improve and develop the mental, emotional, social and physical skills of children at an early age to overcome the situation of asylum difficulties that reflect on children and affect their development, mental and physical development.

Investment in childhood
For every $ 1 spent on ECD, the return on investment can be $ 13.

Investing in ECD is therefore a cost-effective way to promote shared prosperity, promote inclusive economic growth, expand equal opportunities and end extreme poverty. This is as well for families who need time and support to create a loving and secure environment to be able to provide their children with the “food, toys and love” they need most, which will contribute in building their brains properly.
